Sale of takeaway (Click & Collect) and delivered dishes by Toyama.
2. Prices
Prices in euros, all taxes included. Toyama reserves the right to change its prices.
3. Ordering & payment
No online payment: payment on site when you collect your order, or on delivery. Accepted methods: at the restaurant, cash and bank card; on delivery, cash, cheques, meal vouchers (titres-restaurant) and Chèques-Vacances.
4. Delivery / collection
Click & Collect: collection at the restaurant, at the time slot chosen when ordering. Delivery to Longjumeau (including Balizy), Saulx-les-Chartreux and Chilly-Mazarin: free delivery, minimum order €20. The lead time is shown when you order.
5. Right of withdrawal
In accordance with Article L.221-28 of the French Consumer Code, the 14-day right of withdrawal DOES NOT APPLY to perishable foodstuffs or to catering services provided on a specific date.
6. Legal warranties
Conformity (Art. L.217-4 et seq. of the Consumer Code) and hidden defects (Art. 1641 et seq. of the Civil Code).
